Whilst I am glad that this discussion is helping you come to terms with your latent homosexuality, I have to say that your statement is utter bollocks. One of the reasons why "Left in the Dark" is one of my favourite songs is that I can completely identify with the lyrics about a sensitive, traumatised, smitten, heartbroken straight man being betrayed and hurt by his female partner. I have a pretty good hypothesis about why Jim has never chosen to marry, because it's probably the same reason I never will, but it's not something I would ever talk to him about, and it certainly shouldn't be discussed here. He is who he is (whether straight, gay, both or other) and I wouldn't want him to change one bit. We should celebrate him and his music, and also be a bit pissed off at how easy it is to hit the wrong key and close the Internet Explorer window after having typed a long message. This matter is now closed, Will > The most cogent evidence is the song "Left in the dark". > It's virtually a monologue of a traumatized gay man after > being abandoned by his beloved male partner.
