I'm going to add one to mine as well.
Tanz Backstage Tour. This was back in 2001 when Tanz was in Stuttgart. Once a month on Thursdays they offered backstage tours about 2 hours before the show. My goodfriend Tatum and I went (I surprised her with tickets...which were free, but still, c'mon).
We got to walk up on stage and see sets hanging above us. We got to inspect the bookshelf with all the cobwebs and see how they made the wolves' eyes glow in the dark. We got to check out the spiral staircase resting below stage. I got to look out to the empty sea of seats and imagine what it must be like to do that everynight...well, full seats of course!
We saw the cast putting on makeup. Met with some wardrobe folks. Got to see the sound boards. Everything. Heck of a good bargain for being...well, free.
I wish they'd offer this in Berlin!
