|They were both written for the scene where Baal convinces Wendy to run away with him... the difference is that BFG actually is about that... whereas Bat has very little to do with it... that is why the scene has Baal saying to Wendy "You'll like our home... Neverland... and Neverland feels... LIKE THIS!" and then he sings Bat Out Of Hell... I never liked that... He's kind of forced to put the song Bat into Neverland because he's using the name Bat Out Of Hell the musical as a promotional gimmick... so I hope he comes up with a better way of getting the song into the show.|
