The only theatre I\'ve heard of, being custom built, was the Colliseum @ Caesar\'s Palace in Vegas, for Celine Dion, back in 2002/3.
That is why I initially thought the Bat show would open in Vegas or Orlando, when Jim mentioned the purpose built venue, as casinos & Disney are the only people who have this kind of money ?
I still haven\'t heard of anything being built in London; the Millenium Dome was a brief thought, but I hear that is now being turned into the UK\'s first super casino.
