We\'ve been through this before. You need an album if you\'re going to have big-time gigs. Meat and Jim did almost nothing until \"Bat Out Of Hell\" started to pick up, the reason it succeeded was because they were touring on an album that had been released and was doing shit-all. It picked up because of it

And the record deal thing.. They have a record deal. It\'s like Global Vision Records distributed by Koch Records, Ravenous Records will be the label distributed by Sony/BMG. It\'s a simple as that, Ravenous was formed to record Jim\'s music. It didn\'t do that, really, so \"The Dream Engine\" is its chance to be fully exploited

I believe the record deal is perfectly fine. Besides, even if they don\'t have one, \"Pandora\'s Box\" miraculously appeared on Virgin (just as long as it isn\'t Sanctuary or I\'ll take a short walk off a long pier)
