I was looking forward to the TDE album, more so than the Bat musical, as I think Jim is at his very best when writing/producing for record, even though I think he prefers live theatre.
That is why the no show of the Westlife remix is so disappointing.
I've always preferred Jim working on records for other artists, but I guess he's no longer as interested.
I would suggest TDE have done more than enough recording/mixing to release an album, and would still love to see it, but I 'aint holding my breath.
Maybe an Adrienne Warren solo album is the way to go commercially ?? If Ashley Simpson/Paris Hilton can have hit albums, I'm sure Adrienne could.
In regards to the Bat musical, it sounds great and does look like it's happening, more so than TDE; I'll be a lot more optimistic when/if I hear about the purpose-built theatre venue.
