I disagree. I think now would be a great time and possible the only chance he'd have to release another album. A dark piano heavy album like what we've heard with the batman songs could turn out really great. Depending on the songs chosen, it could open up new people to jims songs and writing style. Those out there that really don't know Jim's music cause they hate Meat Loaf (I have more than a few friends that are that way unfortunetly) His voice is not a powerhouse but in the era of Killers and Fall Out Boy, you don't need to be a great singer to get played. And there's something to be said about a songwriter singing his/her own words. Just seems to mean more. I find Jim's version of Still the Children far deeper and personal than Dream Engine. I'm all for another solo album. I doubt it set the charts on fire but it would loved by many, many fans around the world.
