Well, that said, last year, for example, Meat only got to release "Pigs" and "Heaven" as part of the trademark settlement. He didn't have permission for those, and he probably didn't have permission for Jim's other new stuff aside from that which was already released.

Now that Jim is actively considering the 30th birthday BAT (and he is, or he wouldn't write that he was planning something like that), and Meat actually selected 4 of what we presume are the original BAT III songs, his options menu is a little bigger.
