I get the impression most of the songs on Hell In A Handbasket were originally scheduled for Hang Cool, but Meat tossed them out and ordered a bunch of writers to start from fresh. Rather than do just that they picked out obscure songs they'd already written and passed them off as new. Then they tried to cram Patrick the soldier into it all and the end result was a fucking mess. Which is a shame as if they'd stuck to the original Handbasket songs with Hang Cool production it would have been a damn good album.
