Also, I'd like to share something with NJC (non-Jim content), but related to Hero's producer Zak Lloyd, at the bottom of this message. ---------- Nicky James 1 hr · Glendale, CA · Quick update on the Tyce Jim Steinman album Hero!! lots of news coming in the first weeks of December, we can tell you the album will be released worldwide February 2017, digital and physical!!!!!!! with live dates around the same time!!!! THE VAGABOND Music by Mats Wester and original Swedish lyrics ("Vandraren") by Py Bäckman English lyrics by Jimmy Granstrom, Gabriel von Malmborg and Pat Cerasaro (English lyrics approved by Wester and Bäckman). Mats Wester and Py Bäckman are million-selling Swedish songwriters. Mats is a composer/musician who has performed live with Joe Bonamassa, Eric Bazilian (The Hooters) and Sascha Krebs. He has also collaborated with and/or had his songs recorded by Bazilian and Blackmore's Night, the new band of Ritchie Blackmore (Deep Purple). I met Mats in Spokane, WA in March 2014 during his World Tour with Bonamassa. Shortly after the meeting, I drafted "The Vagabond", an English version of his most famous Swedish song "Vandraren" (recorded by the duo Nordman featuring Mats and singer Håkan Hemlin). Mats liked the draft, and gave me the approval to continue to develop it (later Py also gave me her approval of my English version for her original Swedish lyrics).
