There has been no promotion whatsoever in America. It still debuted at 11 on billboard. Pretty impressive. But yeah the average person would have no idea that there's a brand new meat loaf record out, let alone with all songs by Jim. It's a shame as I feel that going all the way had potential to be a hit.
