All the other songs you've already heard. They were just compiled onto the CD, with the unheard songs. For example, I think "Who'd do the dirty?" is the demo with Andre, which Markus shared again a couple threads below. That was given out on the "Rhinegold" CD a few years ago now. The only other one you wouldn't know is the "Overture" which I heard the once and I'll never forget! From memory, that was like an eight minute long "elongated" version of "Pray Lewd" with "Total eclipse" and "The storm" in it.
