|I went again last night and again I just loved it!|
The atmosphere wasn't the same as the first preview night. I felt it was a bit flat last night where as the first time there was a genuine buzz about the place. That being said it was well received and people seemed to really enjoy it.
I was a bit gutted that GOOD GIRLS and MAKING LOVE were taken out but you cant have everything. I was happy the character development and relationship of Strat and Tink had progressed, I GOT IT a bit more last night. I think that we should see Tink trying to save Strat before Zahara and Raven turn up. Just to give us a taste of how desparate he is to keep Strat and not loose him at any cost.
As per last time everyone killed it. There just seems to be soooo much chemistry with the couples. It's incredible really! The dancing was much better too I noticed. I also thought HEAVEN CAN WAIT was better without flying. She seemed awkward last time but I suppose she wouldnt have had many flights under her belt. Lol
The band knocked fucked out of everything! They was incredible!! I just wish they was turned up a little more. I think with those types of shows people should be walking out of the theatre with theirs ears ringing and maybe a little blood coming out. Lol But that's prob just me.
Last thing. At the beginning when Strat and Raven come together I wondered if the chaos behind them could turn to slow motion like they are IN A MOMENT together in REAL TIME. Then you see falco trying to get to them to split it up in slow motion and as he gets there everything goes back to real time. Then later when they are on about him being young and she not sure about the aging. I think it could be thrown in that when they got together time slowed down for her and maybe there is a possibility of it happening?
