| Oh man, I just revisited "Tonight is what is means to be young" for no particular reason, just to find out through the comments that Jim passed away a few days ago. It should have been international headlines. I owe my love to music and a major influence to my own music to him. I remember participating in the "Nothing but a merciless night"-tribute album on this forum in 2002. I felt honoured that Jim himself might have listened to my cover of one of his songs. I know I'm old myself but to see him leave this world opens up a void that cannot be filled. Rest in peace Jim and thanks for all the great music you blessed us with. | |
