Jim may like Comics... my guess would be E.C. types I would not think him a comic Geek... doesn't seem the type. I enjoyed comics in the 70s 80s and early 90s but hate todays comics. Considering Jim's Batman had The Joker killing Bruce Wayne's parents when he was 8 that is enough of a deviation from established Mythos that I would think him not a geek...
