Yes. Install VLC; that should sort it.
re the embedded images not working, it may be that your browser is set to display images from the originating site (i.e. this one) only, and not from linked sites (e.g. photobucket). If you're using Firefox, check Tools -> Options -> Content -> "Display Images - from the originating site only. If that's checked, uncheck it.
