Bat 1 Cover Parodies

I know of three, but are there any more? The ones I know of are ... Viz - "Old Bat Out Of Hell" cover (see pic) Simpsons Treehouse Of Horror "Bart Out Of Hell" cover. Sorry, don't have a pic of this available at the mo. and (thanks to Pud for finding this one) "Bruce Lee Fights Back From The Grave". Apparently the movie is even worse than the cover. LOL Dave
