Actually it doesn't. Saddam was only tried and found guilty for crimes against humanity for the killing of 148 Shi'ite men and boys in Dujail. Although he's dead and it brings a closure to the families of the 148, it doesn't bring a closure of him being found guilty of the several million he's had an hand in at killing.
