I agree that an Adrienne Warren album is the best way to go, commercially. Avril Lavigne & Kelly Clarkson are selling tons and Jennifer Hudson's debut should shift as well. I feel Warren could take a huge slice of this 'youth' market, possibly being promoted as a new Whitney Houston? I also think that with Steinman songs & production there's gonna be an adult 'crossover' appeal, and the extra element it needs, to take it to #1. In any case, no-one will ever know if it 'aint made. In regards to Bonnie Tyler, she is currently signed to Stick Music (France), for I think European releases, and they seem to be making a bit of an effort to raise her profile. IF Jim is doing a record with her, Ravenous could possibly sign her for US & Stick could handle Europe? Having said all that, and even though Rinkoff could handle the bulk of the production work, I get the impression that Jim is only interested in finishing Bat for the stage (which 'aint a bad thing)?? > I really think that Steinman and Rinkoff should go with > Adrienne Warren.
