I have a first cousin who was talked to and touched by Pope John Paul II in 1995. I saw it happen live on television. None of us are Catholics as such in my family, but we still have reverence for the Pope, and I felt like our kin was anointed in blessing as one for all of us. Well, that's a good enough kind of dream as any. >"Surf's Up" is > important to me for personal reasons, when I got married I > sent a request for the sheet music (which was a lot like > buying a lottery ticket) and got no reply- which I knew > was likely. If we all get through this difficult corridor of acquaintance in one piece, I'll see to it that you get your signed sheets of "Surf's Up". > > how can i get a personal signed pic of jim.. got my meat > > loaf one but jim would fit on my wall very well. My artwork got lost in the upheaval I had a few years ago, but I drew a couple of portraits of Jim in 1992. I did not take any photos of him because my images were made by the pastels and colored pencils. I can tell you what you of course can observe yourself but may not think of: he almost never photographs twice the same way. | |
