I want to read the book! I was dissapointed by "Children of Men" - - such a great story line - great potential - i just think the movie was a big let down. Short and not really done that well. A movie with that story should go on for at least 3 hours and really have more of a "George Orwell" type feel to it. I didn't really like the war scenes as they didn't serve much of a point, i like violence in movies just tie it all in. Really i would have done the movie as "a nativity scene in nazzi germany" - i think polanski should have directed it.
