Prior to 1997 (when the first flashbulb of recognition came to me) it would have gone something like this: It is 1983. I just got off the phone from arguing with a disc jockey who said that Bonnie Tyler is a has-been and that he won't look for a copy of Total Eclipse Of The Heart: I am 27, female, living in Hollywood, CA with a friendly but haphazard assortment of small cockroaches. I work as a receptionist in Beverly Hills through a temp agency for IBM. I found Jim's music when I eagerly bought Bat Out Of Hell quite soon after its release. I later discovered more of his music while listening to the radio and hearing "Making Love Out Of Nothing At All" which gave me the indelible impression that everything Jim writes is magic. I never met Jim. My current favorite song is probably Treat Me Right by Pat Benatar. My other interests, I like studying astrology, writing poetry, going to science fiction conventions with friends. I'm probably reading Emily Dickinson poems. > > 1) About you: > 2) How you found Jim's music: > 3) Have you ever met Jim (details): > 4) Favorite song: > 5) Your other interests: > 6) Bbook you're currently reading: > > > > | |
