Good fun!
1. I'm a graphic designer. Graphic design is my trade.
2. Having been turned onto the concept of "jim" (as opposed to the concept of "meat") by Bat 2, I then foundf Dead Ringer and thought that there must have been lots of these great Meat and Jim albums with fantasy art on the cover for me to find one by one. :o). As it turns out, I came to learn ti wasn't reallly like that, but there WERE more albums with jim songs and a bit of fantasy art splashed here and there if you went looking.
3. Never met Jim.
4. My favourite song is, at the moment and for the past little while, Your Bright Baby Blues by Jackson Browne. I have lots of "favourite song"s tho.
5. I'm into music. Music is my hobby. I wanna be able to programme like Bova, and play like Leon Russel. I wanna lay down guitar licks like George, rip thru solos like Todd and captivate people like Elton. I want to write lyrics like Jackson Browne, Tom Petty and John Lennon, I wanna own songs like Bob Dylan, I want orchestral melodies like Jim and a voice like Freddie... but it's just a hobby for now. :o)
6. I've just started reading 1984 again. I read it every now and again, fairly often really. Which is funny, cause I'm not a very big reader of fiction otherwise. perhaps tells you a little about the mettle of the book. :o)
It's a Friday afternoon! I'm gonna lay my aching bones down and not get up until I damn well feel like it. Hell yeah!!
