It was indeed part of an email, as I can't find mention of it on his blog. I believe it was sent to Ryan to post on the board. Here it is.

A) My stage spectacle is VERY real. The show is in fact, based on NEVERLAND, but a whole lot more & better. Terry Jones is coming over to meet with me July 15 or so. We've talked a lot & he really wants to do it. When we meet, I'll see if we're envisioning the same "it". But hes the great writer from Python & now works mainly as a Chaucer scholar who writes & lectures year round on Chaucer, while writing films like LABYRINTH. The show does feature motorcycles, flying and non flying, BMXs and a few skateboarders, all doing jaw dropping stunts on wonderfully "designed" curls, just like the greatest Xtreme sports. All the bikes will be choreographed. The first thing in my mind before I wrote Bat was the image of a motorcycle doing a pirouette. Now we'll see it. Its all about defying gravity, caressing danger, and burning blazes of speed. The Russian wizards are very real too, they live there and have perfected a technique of flying that makes all theatre stuff look pathetic.

B) BIKERS OF THE ROUND TABLE is Disney, but I created the whole show. Its dark, anime-like, and is exactly what the title suggests. Its like a bolder "Batman", but with Wagnerian heroic rock operatic scenes.

C) The film is being written. Stuart Beattie is writing it on spec, which is amazing, as he is the hottest writer in Hollywood. But he's doing it totally out of love--hes Australian & adored BAT2 before he ever heard BAT1. He just wanted desperately to do it.

D) I have had NO involvement in BAT3, and let the Rockman folk know that. Id be glad to wish him the best on his CD, which should be THE MONSTER IS LOOSE. BTW, two years ago I wrote an Email to Meat raving about a few new songs: PARADISE LOST ("No matter how tragic the loss/No matter how heavy the cost/To this very day/ I can stand tall & say/ I fought for paradise/And Paradise lost/ I fought for Paradise/ But Paradise lost/ Was it this/ or was it that/ but Paradise lost in the final at bat/Paradise lost in the final At Bat." That was for Meat, but he showed no interest, as was the case then with "NOT ALLOWED TO LOVE" and "BRAVER THAN WE ARE". But its ok, becase they'll be thrilling with THE DREAM ENGINE. Oh the other songs I wrote to him raving about were GOD HAS LEFT THE BUILDING and THE MONSTER IS OUT OF THE CAGE! (hmmmm, wonder where he got his current title. Mine was: "Whats the point of all this fury/all this bitterness and rage/ Theres no point at all/ We're only young/ And the Monster Is Out Of The Cage"
OK, bye to everyone. Hope I helped.
