This is actually a piece of art "Thar she blows!" by Gil Elvgren, 1932. You can see why the album was tentatively called "Fun House" when it was announced ;-) LOL As far as I know, this was never used for the album. It's a picture of the original artwork Also, if you're a fan of WTTN, you might recognize these:
