| 100% positive. In my booklet for "Faster Than...", Jim's credited for "Seductive female voice in ´Getting So Excited´". Also, Jim added the "I'd Do Anything"-line in "Getting So Excited", there's an earlier version without it. From Bonnie Tyler's website: "The 12"....................mmmm! I remember rushing home from my local record store "Derricks" in Port Talbot, South Wales with this single clutched to my chest. A Jim Steinman remix!!!! What a great idea but what a disappointment! The only noticeable difference is that the track starts with the line "I'd do anything for love but I won't do that" (yup he used it later - have you noticed how much Jim Steinman re-cycles? - in a little known song by Meatloaf!!!!). I think this was a cunning plan by the record company to try and increase sales - unfortunately it didn't work as the record bombed." > sure that's Jim? It absolutely doesnt sound like him.... > But then again, I heard people say Jim sings on Dirty Job > aswell, so this might be wrong, it ABSOLUTELY doesnt sound > like him. Sounds like a crappy male-trying-to-sound-female > tough ;-) > > > Quite funny about paradise LOL | |
