I'm in far too much pain & under the influence of far too many pain killers for an existential debate... however.... The series provided entertainment and was thought provoking. I think the brilliance is the fact that 10 years later things are pretty much the same as they began. You complain about getting 10 years of your life back... but perhaps those years haven't really begun yet? If we were all to look back and examine the last 10 years of our lives - I think most of us would be in a situtation where we are still just treading water waiting for the other shoe to drop... maybe thats the purpose... the end is too late and the past was wasted. we all have the same bitter taste.... and its blood! -J | |
