Sure, we can assume that Tony is most likely being indicted, which they established. So he'll be arrested, be denied bail as a flight risk, and then sit in the can for years while his trial plays out. I don't believe anybody was in the diner to whack him (its more about the constant spectre of getting whacked, as JD alluded to), and I don't believe Tony will turn rat. But if that's what we can assume, why not show us? I tried watching JfC out of respect for Milch, but after Sopranos, I was in a bad mind set to try to digest something new. Plus I was sleepy and dozed off. I'll let it go a few episodes than try it on Demand and see if I can get into it. Oh, and they won't tie Tony to Phil, unless the agent who helped him admits it and makes himself an accessory. > It wrapped up enough. > > 1) The feds are closing in on tony. and they can tie him > to Phil being whacked since the feds gave tony phil's > location! > > 2) You were waiting for either meadow to join them or the > feds to raid the place. i thought it was brilliant the > fade to black.
