Not me. Someone used the name to get the gmail account. Interestingly, if they used their proper credentials to get the account such as other email address, cellphone number, and other data, they should be traceable...but they are also traceable by the email itself. Take the email and apply the full headers option so that the IP addresses are clear as well as the paths. Print the email out. Also, save the full email onto your hard-drive. If you do this much, you can ready yourself for instructions upon where to send it. This is just an attempt to rail, me, not you, and it is interesting that the person has waited this long to begin such a campaign. They may feel very confident. For example, if the IP turns up to be similar to my own, on a shared network connection where there are those just like some of the worst people here, it would be a process for some other investigation as to what nodes (those are the sub-scripts to IP's that are accessible by the ISP) the communication came from. What time zone is your time statement as you said 3:26pm, where was it 3:26pm? I have been sleeping most of the day. I have a medical exam tomorrow for my cardio-vascular condition. I've gotten up around 5pm after posting the few things I did before. Did some grocery shopping, and then logged on just now and read of your concern. For what it may be worth, please do not call me "mad cow". I would be appreciative of that. Anyone else getting such emails is advised and requested to do the same thing.
