"Spoof" emails usually ask for your banking information, and do not actually exist to bother someone's reputation; however any of these are created by people who design them the way that they want to design them. There are those who might like to make me look bad by making someone else look bad ...and so on...someone like rockfenris for example has previously said that he wanted to post nonsense so that I would be the perceived blame for his nonsense...there was a discussion between he and others on the board, an analogy about relieving oneself in a sandbox and the children kicking said violator, as justification to oust the one who made the mistake, and adorning the kickers with praise. Well, I don't know where such slanted logics arise, and I know I can't point any fingers, but I do know, and believe you have the intelligence to see, that there are those who can't stop being interferences to me in some or another way. As one example, Daveake went to another message board just to rail me there using the name of "lancelot" and signing his messages "Lance", and I did not assume that because his email was daveake that it was him in particular, and did not know until recently when he showed that email as his. Some people think so much better of themselves in the context of bothering others than they think they can by helping others. I don't know why, but it seems to hold true of some people. Whoever did this, clearly has the ability to make a gmail account and chose the user name "pidunk", and they also had the email address, proper full name, company name, and motivation to put it all together in combination with activities here on this board, and probably felt sure that there was no boss for this to actually go to. The use of the name pidunk was clearly in an intention to implicate me as the nasty culprit, (where they apparently relied upon someone publicizing the email address) instead of themselves, in order to make me look bad. I don't think that there was any intention other than to give some flame on a cooling fire of contention between myself and others generally on the board. We know that lotus_nz makes no remarks that are deserving of such a criticism , and we know that nobody is giving me enough of the time of day for me to learn things that he would not have told me himself, and we have had no correspondence. That notwithstanding, I am not a malicious person, and have far more serious concerns to deal with. This is not garden variety spam or spoof, and it is highly malicious. But because you know what spam and spoof mail is, you know how to think of it, or you can call it someone's prank. The internet in its present state is rife with pranksters. > > > > > > > > How many times do you get things from "ebay" something, > > "paypal" something, some bank, somebody saying you placed > > an order?
