The Educational Use/Fair Use applies for those instances where there is a clear elucidation and/or supplementation to clear elucidation of multiple persons of socially redeemable quality....obviously, those educational activities connected with a school are included. Where there is no institutional auspice, a clear educational environment or intention is required to pass the educational use/fair use. Taking some work for a party amongst ones peers and calling it educational, is probably not acceptable. Yes, I think that I am aware. Nice sub-heading.
