It benefits the school: it does apply. The fact that a school has certain exemption qualities concerning their acquisitions of assets and tax exemptions shows that across all municipalities the benefit of schools is an educational purpose. Therefore, Educational Use would be applying.
If on the other hand, a school staffer were doing an independent project in the interest of Farm Preservation, the Fair Use may be difficult to establish. In such a case, it would be appropriate to correspond with a content originator to obtain permission. The originator may agree to furnish rights in support of the cause.
