There is no reliable way to indicate sarcasm or types of sarcasm in the written language short of ruining the joke itself and saying "I'm being sarcastic about this in particular and to THAT person." It works in your mind, because you know what it is supposed to sound like in your head,buy it loses it's effect once written to a general audience. The whole post could have been sarcastic to Jim for exposing her or sarcastic to Susan being a wackaloon.

Snarky cynicism works better. You sir, have won the internet ;)
