The closest I've ever found for this song was on a pay-per-download sheet music site. It has all the regular Jim pieces, but the IACBTMN includes the same intro arrangement from Pandora's Box (as opposed to Celine Dion's).
Can't quite tell if the middle solo bit is differnt though.

PS: Someone here posted a very nice Pray Lewd arrangment a few months ago. I thought it was a tremendous effort!
