Forgive me if I'm incorrect about this, but I've heard several people around here (Justin being one of them) who say that Jim was never directly involved in TDE to begin with. TDE was always Rinkoff's project as a tribute to Jim. I wouldn't know if that was true, but Jim's comment in his blog that he didn't have any control over the production of TDE songs seems to confirm it.
