Yes, that was, as one could call it, "a Gibson Production". On the myspace itself, there was at one point a "statement" saying that it was started by a fan impersonating Steinman but then was taken over by a fan who would not be impersonating Steinman, and soon after, a volley of emails I suffered with Gibson got as much of an admission as one could hope to extract, where one alter-ego was saying that the myspace was his idea given to another alter-ego and that he had no idea that the myspace would be used as an impersonation, etcetera, and so forth. All in a day's Gibson.
