Neither did Rory Dodd sing the you know what's, neither did what's his new name Lovett sing that other song, and Jim sang all of those. Let's form two groups: One of "Enthusiastic Fans" and one of "Cynical Fans". Accurate representation indeed. Stand by your men. :)

So as to avoid the dreaded reply from me. Gadzooks, there she is again!
As for someone's request for a massive heart attack, I think that the first one was as near to massive as I want to think of. Sort of like breaking the seal on a vacuum sealed jar. It took seven months before I was able to move any part of my body to the beat of music back then.
