I grew up between early-mid teens and mid-twenties most of the time on the shore, a half block from the beach, and had the ocean view from my bedroom window and terrace in my family's apartment. Even before I moved there, I took many walks nearby there when I was younger, and when the ocean was less accessible sought the solace of reflection from a small bay inlet instead. Biggest problem with the beach area: crowds. | |
