Well, congestive heart failure is something that I looked at in some simplified research when I had my first heart attack seven years ago, and I understood it to be one of two things, that could stand alone or be in combination. One, is a rapid heart rate, so rapid that there is hardly enough efficiency to flow the right amount of oxygen back from the lungs, and two, is actual congestion existing in the respiratory system which exacerbates a rapid heart beat into the same inefficiency.
When I decided to go to the hospital I was experiencing the combination of the two factors.
