Is she using the same password every time? I find it difficult to believe that it's possible to hack a myspace account without a password. If myspace was easily compromised it'd be all over the news. I can only think of a few possibilities:
1 - She's using an easily guessed password
2 - She's using the same password for other websites and one of those is run by this "hacker"
3 - She's got a virus on her machine that's monitoring her passwords
4 - Someone else has access to her machine (e.g. someone she lives with) and she has her browser set to remember passwords
5 - She's responding to one of these silly "please reconfirm your details" emails, or she's got a virus on her machine.
So, in the absence of further information, and sorry to sound harsh, but this sounds self-inflicted.
