I certainly didn't mean to iomply that YOU contact their dogs' breeder/s--I meant THEM. From what I'm hearing now, it seems that these are whbat we refer to as 'backyard breeders' and often we wind up footing the bills of their pups later on in life in rescue.
My first clue was owning the stud dog as well as the bitch--the most problematic amateur breeders begin this way.
My best advice I can give you to give them is to get a good vet and pay for an evaluation.
Sadly, people like this are not easily taught and our breed suffers thusly.
Can't really expound further than that and call it responsible--these folks need more puppy-rearing advice than I can really relay in any meaningful way here.
