Wow, kinda nice to see people still have a look at my website even though I didn't have the time to update it for about a thousand years.
The steinmantrip-link was the original one but I didn't link directly.
I've got the files you are looking for on some CD at home, but aren't home until next month, so if you can wait a bit...
