What I mean by that is more akin to motivation than actual, so obviously I would not, as you have seen when I had the heart attack I took leave for several days and did keep my posts brief. In fact, when I had my first heart attack, and I have mentioned this before, I had to stop my emails to Jim Cypherd for a full five weeks, and that was five weeks of interruption of a very important set of issues we were dealing with. At the end of the five weeks, I picked up exactly at the point where we had left off.

If someone has never had any condition such as mine, and most people have not, they cannot know the effects. I do not have artery issues where a stint or a bypass would do some good, this is more inherent to the heart itself, and my heart has something wrong with it but I do not know what. Because it is not a sprain to an ankle, one could be a little bit circumspect as to the severity of the nature of a disease, and the vulnerability of the organ in question.
