If you're not familiar with them, I'd highly recommend checking out Savatage. The albums Dead Winter Dead (including the exact same version of "Christmas Eve (Sarajevo 12/24)" as on the first Christmas album) and The Wake of Magellan could have been TSO-albums. Their other work is more metal, but pretty kick-ass if that floats your boat.
