As there is no initial check on your share ratio until you have actually downlaoded 5GB this does not make sense as you can't have downloaded more than 2GB of the Toad's show at this point
Unless you have been downloading other things - in which you case you would have to seed those to get your ratio back up to 0.25 so you could then rejoin the Toad's
Alternatively go to Dime's FAQ for solutions including a "donation" which might temporarily at least fix the problem
