You claim to believe she's delusional, but if you understood how that works, you'd also understand that the rest of your supposed "strategy" can't achieve anything, because the delusional fully believe what they say. I also do not for a second believe your story about having a well-thought out strategy, I believe you just hate her and wish to express this over and over again.
