I'd love to see JD's answer to this question, but as lyrics go, they speak so much to the spirit of Jim's works....Jim's adventuresome courage to follow a dream's desire, and wondering if he'd be joined....in the same dream, to follow that dream's desire......and to let loose full throttle from a stagnant place.
The title is so interesting too. Anyone here on this board could say that loving me is a dirty job....but somebody has to do it. Jim Cypherd for a period of a couple of weeks long ago (yes this is the past not the present) walked me to the schoolbus "because somebody has to do it." But I guess you don't understand.
If I were to choose what to put on a home page, the opening passage, the overture of the site as it were a play, I'd pick that title. And that lyric goes with that title so well.
JD always has her own very good reasons for the arrangements on the site, but I have had the impression that Jim has had some input at some places.
