This happened in London a while back. He cut short a concert and got taken to hospital for a few days. The condition is basically due to a short circuit in the heart which causes a very high pulse rate. In Meat's case I believe this was operated on (the short circuit is cut out) in which case he's cured of the condition.

Good question. I've wondered the same myself. Nothing wrong with quitting before you can't do the job anymore.
