| You, Pete, seem to be trying to convince people you're not promoting Karine. You might as well give up. Even if you're right, the people here who believe you are not a fan independent of Karine Hannah probably won't change their minds. The fact that PopMan and Batman have roughly the same writing and text style, and are online at the same times, isn't helping. I don't know if you realize this but there are some things about your text style that are quite distinctive, and the two of you match exactly. Please don't bother to change your text style now that I've pointed this out. The fact that the "two" of you picked very similar screen names and appeared at the same time isn't helping either. Also your statement that you are really a Steinman fan seems to be contradicted by this post http://www.jimsteinman.com/messageboard/d.php?id=14467 If you "two" want to convince people you are two separate non-promoters of Karine, you could do that easily by posting here over a long period of time, separately, in ways that reflect extensive knowledge of Steinman's work. I'm sure I could be wrong about this, but I believe PopMan and Batman are the same individual, whose real first name is probably Pete, and that he was trying to covertly market the Karine Hannah CD. Now Pete is trying to cover up, but it won't work. Further posting here will probably not generate any extra sales for the Karine Hannah CD. My advice would be to move on to other boards, and make posts where you state at the beginning that you're promoting her CD. Then write factual announcements that don't mimic fan posts. Provided that the admins of those boards will allow commercial announcements. The problem is that there really aren't very many other boards where people know who Karine Hannah is, so I have no idea where else you can do this. | |
