Jim may not be the most prolific > soul but the quality of his work is always exceptional. I totally agree - but its seems that the new exceptional works are either locked away in Jim's head or Rink's iBook!!!!!!!!!!! The music industry has totally changed (some say flushed town the doilet) - and with online services such as emusic.com (my new obsession! $20 for 75 songs - can't beat it!) and itunes, small indie labels are finding much success. I am suprised that Jim doens't take this route to release some stuff, either DE or old Steinman piano demos etc.. and let people re-discover him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Right now he's our little secret!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -J | |
